We invite you to the VI All-Russian Water Congress! Blowers for pneumatic transport - principle of operation, performance calculation, advantages Blowers for pneumatic transport - principle of operation, performance calculation, advantages Pneumatic transport is a method of automating the workflow that is common in production areas. It helps to quickly and safely move large volumes of bulk or piece goods. The use of pneumatic conveying units allows mechanizing and simplifying industrial processes. They are suitable for handling the following types of materials: The last type of pneumatic transport is also called pneumatic mail and is defined as an autonomous type of in-house logistics. A pipeline system is used to send goods. Materials that are transported in this way must be light. You can also send paper documents by pneumatic mail. The whole principle of operation of pneumatic transport lies in the action of a compressed ai  Dryer Blowers in r mixture or rarefied gases. This is the key to the operation of this technique. To ensure a stable continuous flow, blowers are used in pneumatic conveying for bulk materials. According to the principle of operation, pneumatic systems can be fundamentally divided into 3 types: pressure, vacuum and combined. Injection systems have the simplest design and therefore are the most popular solution in most conveying processes. The material is loaded into the loading hopper, from which, getting into the air stream, it is carried away to the consumer. When working with materials that form dust during transportation, it is also necessary to install a cyclone unloader at the outlet, which will prevent dusting of the room. Injection units are also convenient in cases where it is necessary to ensure the supply of material to several receiving points at once from a single source. Vacuum pneumatic conveying systems are most often characterized by a movable flexible suction pipe, which allows you to collect material from a larger area. Through the loading flexible hose, due to the high flow rate formed by the pressure difference, the material enters the system and moves through the pipeline to the cyclone-unloader. From the cyclone, the material is discharged through a special shutter that prevents additional air from entering the system. The vacuum in the system is created using a blower operating in vacuum mode. It pumps air out of the cyclone-unloader, which is cleaned by a filter system before it enters the blower to prevent contamination of the blower. Industrial vacuum cleaners work on the same principle. Suction units are also convenient in that they work without dust emission and are able to take bulk material from several points of reception and transfer it to a single storage collector. Combined systems combine the advantages of a pressure and vacuum circuit. Vacuum sampling of material from different sources is combined with material supply under pressure, providing a greater range of transfer at a higher concentration. In small installations, the same blower can perform the vacuum and overpressure functions. Pneumatic conveying is a profitable way to provide logistics within industries, on the territory of factories and other industrial and agricultural enterprises. The key advantage of this type of movement of raw materials is the ability to use it at enterprises of any format, including those within a strictly limited production area. A dense flow of pneumatic transport can function even in small plants or in cases where it is simply impossible to organize another way of transporting goods. In addition, pneumatic transport significantly saves maintenance costs: To reduce energy costs and facilitate the process of installation and start-up of the mechanism, the right choice of a pneumatic conveying unit, selection according to the specified technical data and functions will help. A high-pressure pneumatic conveying fan, which can be purchased at a slightly higher than average cost, will quickly recover the costs due to the powerful forced flow generated. Today it is safe to say that pneumatic conveying is the most suitable way to ensure the movement of bulk materials up to 10 mm in size (one granule / grain). https://tonaton.ng/s_294-dryer-blowers
